The Orospirator is a manual resuscitation kit that was manufactured by Dräger. The Kit consists of a breathing tube with an inhalation valve, a wooden mouth opener (large tongue depressor), a Dräger Orotubus mouthpiece as well as a Dräger Orosauger manual suction device. The Orotubus is a mouthpiece that is placed on the mouth of the patient and strapped around their head. The breathing tube connects to the Orotubus using the push in connector. The Orosauger is used for the manual suction of blood, water and mucus from the patient's airways.

The Orospirator kit was supplied in either a plastic carry box (Part No. M 14833.7108) or fabric carry bag (Part No. M 12548.7108).
